Instructions for use:

Open the cracker end that is not sealed with ribbon by gently pulling until the opening is sufficient for you to insert your gift. Push the gift inside with the joke and party hat, then gently push the cracker back into shape.
Finish off by tying a length of ribbon around the neck.
