We send out parcels every workday and use the priority postal service to make sure it gets to you quickly and reliably. If you place your order before 3 pm, you should receive it on the next workday.
To make sure you always know where your parcel is, we'll send you a tracking link via email. This way, you can keep an eye on the progress of your delivery and receive real-time updates on the status of your parcel. We understand how important it is to know when your parcel will arrive, and we make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way.
If you are not at home at the time your parcel is delivered the Swiss Post may place a collection note in your mailbox for you to collect your parcel at your local post office.
We only send parcels within Switzerland. If you're located outside of Switzerland, unfortunately we can't deliver to you at this time.
