Postage info

All parcels are sent out by Swiss Post. If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, you will receive a yellow collection slip as shown below in your letterbox. If your parcel is small enough to fit into your letterbox it can also be left there by the postman.

Please collect your parcel from your local post office within 7 days, otherwise the parcel will be returned to us at an extra charge. If for some reason you do not receive your parcel within a few days please contact us to see if there has been a problem.

The weight of your order is calculated by using the gross weight of each product plus a small margin for the box and packaging material. The maximum weight per parcel is 30 kilos. If your order weighs more than 30 kilos it will automatically be split into multiple parcels of equal weight and you will be charged postage accordingly.

Parcels are sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Economy post: 2 - 5 kg CHF 11.00
Economy post: 5 - 10 kg CHF 14.00
Economy post: 10 - 20 kg CHF 19.00
Economy post: 20 - 30 kg CHF 26.00

Orders from 200 CHF and under 30 kg as well as orders from 350 CHF and over 30 kg are shipped free of charge!
